Gochi — a complete managed-services platform

Gochi began as a Tellurium build and grew into its own company. It gives IT service providers everything they need to run their operation: a multi-tenant service desk, SLA tracking, client portals, digital document signing and billing.

The standout engineering: an email ingestion engine built on Microsoft Graph that threads inbound mail into tickets intelligently — handling replies, CCs and company matching automatically — plus a drag-and-drop eSign document builder.

Enterprise portal · Connectivity

SIM management portal for a connectivity provider

A full fleet-management and billing portal for enterprise SIM estates. Operations teams track thousands of SIMs, provision eSIMs by QR code, and manage clients under a granular permissions system.

The billing engine transforms raw carrier usage data into zone-based cost calculations and client-ready invoices — replacing an error-prone monthly spreadsheet process with a few clicks.

Calle Campers — online booking for a campervan hire company

A UK hire company needed bookings to run themselves. We built a four-step online booking flow with live availability, secure card payments and automated customer emails from enquiry to key handover.

Calendar synchronisation keeps availability accurate across channels, and spam-protected forms keep the enquiries genuine. The owners now manage bookings from their phones.
